How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Are your wooden shelves made from sustainable materials?

Yes, sustainability is at our core. We prioritize sourcing FSC-certified timber and reclaimed wood to ensure our products are as environmentally friendly as they are beautiful.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Shelf Expression ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more countries in the near future.
